Refund and Returns Policy

At Spray N Stuff, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of aerosol products and the shipping regulations surrounding them, we have implemented the following return policy:
No Returns or Refunds for Delivered Shipments:
Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered final, and we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. This policy is in place to comply with safety regulations and restrictions on the transport of aerosol products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Be prepared to provide photos of the damages or incorrect items as part of the resolution process.
Undeliverable or Lost Shipments:
If your package is marked as “Undeliverable” or “Lost” by the carrier, please reach out to us for assistance. We will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
